The Process!
New flooring is specified or selected to enhance the beauty and value of existing homes, new homes, new offices, stores, remodeling existing homes or businesses. However, it may happen the desired results are not satisfactory. A complaint is filed with either the retailer or the supplier, who then files a complaint or "CLAIM" with the manufacturer or the "MILL". The manufacturer will send an email or fax to a person that is a "Mill Inspector" who does several inspections a day on a route. The mill inspector's job is simple, "determine if the claim is manufacturing related or not". The Mill Inspector is there to represent the manufacturer in your claim. He is not there to tell you who or what caused your problem. His job is to represent the manufacturer.
YOU NEED SOMEONE TO REPRESENT YOUR INTEREST!
Take control of your investment or business by contacting an inspector who will work with you to help you understand your problem, prevent future problems, and find a solution to your complaint. The "Mill Inspector" is only there to determine if his client is at fault or not. It is not his job to explain the source or cause of your complaint. Without the information who is responsible, who can you turn to for resolution of your complaint? Do not turn over control of you investment or business to someone who may have a vested interest representing his client to ensure future contracts.
